EDUCATION ADAPTED TO THE NEEDS OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, EFFICIENT SOCIAL AND HEALTH PROTECTION FOR THE POPULATION IN THE REGION AND CREATION OF CONDITIONS FOR STOPPING MIGRATION

 

Priority 2.1 - Quality education adapted to the needs of business, and structuring of secondary vocational education according to the needs of the labor market

Measure 2.1.1 - Promotion of the benefits of vocational education

Measure 2.1.2 - Creating condititons for establishing classes in vocational education and in higher learning institutions in accordance with the needs of the labor market in the whole region

Measure 2.1.3 - Promotion of succesful businessmen that have graduated from vacational high schools or faculties

 

Priority 2.2 - Preventing the drain of professional staff from tertiary activities by stimulating greater gender equality and possibility for citizens from vulnerable categories to participate in the labor market

Measure 2.2.1 - Promotion and support of initiatives for creating better working conditions and progress in small and rural areas

Measure 2.2.2 - Involving the local educated and expert staff in planning and creating development perspectives in their region and their environment

Measure 2.2.3 - Raising awareness on gender equality and the need for inclusion of women and vulnerable categories in the labor market

 

Priority 2.3 - Better coverage of families with social care, better coverage of preschool children from rural areas in kindergartens and harmonization of the Programmes for protection of old persons

Measure 2.3.1 - Increased coverage of families and individuals who have need of social protection

Measure 2.3.2 - Improving the coverage of preschool children with kindergartens, particularly in rural environments

Measure 2.3.3 - Adapting the Programmes for protection of old and disabled persons in the region with the Strategy for old and disabled persons of the Republic of Macedonia, and deeloping a health-care network in accordance with the demographic characteristics of the region
