The Study was prepared by experts from the Faculty of Civil Engineering from Skopje and the same was evaluated by the European experts, engaged by the Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning as an exceptional quality document that gave opportunities to realize this project. The Center for Development of the SWPR also prepared a Cost-Benefit Analysis (/Proekt.aspx?ProektID=2848) which was the basis for the development of the necessary documentation for the construction of the treatment plant in Kichevo.
