Branding the cheese

On 27.09.2013 started the implementation of the project "Branding typical dairy products from Debar micro region". On the focus of this project is the branding of characteristic products of this micro-region which is more recognizable with production of cheese. The first workshop, was held in Debar, and the focus were these topics: Introduction to the world of Branding, meaning and application of individual trademark - Brand, Importance and application of certification mark, Importance and application of the collective mark. During the implementation of the project will be organized 4 workshops where farmers will be able to contribute in selecting the name of the cheese, graphical presentation and their logo. This process will contribute to the entrance of Debar cheese in the tables of consumers across Macedonia. The following workshop is schedule on 04.10.2013 in Centar Zupa. This project is funded by the Bureau for regional development and GIZ RED Program.
